Who we are
The Visayas Area of JCI Philippines
Area 4 is the Visayas Area of JCI Philippines, sitting between the national organization and the local organizations that do the work on the ground. We exist so that a chapter in Guiuan and a chapter in Bacolod are part of the same movement, with the same standards, and the same reach.
We envision a JCI Visayas that is member-centered, stakeholder-focused, impact-driven and future-ready, delivering lasting change that creates value for our organization and for the Visayan communities we serve.
2026 Area Conference
Hala Bira: The Rhythm of Change
Hosted by JCI Regatta. The Area Conference closes a year in which Area 4 reached quorum at all three Area Council Meetings and completed 21 of 22 national programme launchings across the Visayas.

De Kwatro
De means “from.” Kwatro means “four.” Together, From Area Four — a masthead built around the Visayas, from a design contest won by Ma. Teresa Flor Maderal of JCI Iloilo Ilang Ilang.
The inaugural August 2026 issue runs 44 pages: feature stories on the Area and Regional Vice Presidents, every national programme launching, and community development from all three regions.
